Tonia,
I am also going to add this video to my blog. He says what many of us want to I think. I am also allowing everything to sink in before acting. When I hear about the amazing things that he is accomplishing I begin to see Global Learners as a two or three year (at least) process of getting to where I would really like to be. Good stuff!
